US CBS networks 2010-11 season axed list,
'Accidentally On Purpose' starring Jenna Elfman, was not renewed for a 2nd season. The show received mixed reviews ranked at 49/100, the show finished up on CBS in April 2010.
'Cold Case' last episode aired in the US on 2nd May 2010, and was confirmed canceled on the 14th May 2010 by CBS. The series started back in September 2003, and finished up with 7 season in total. These days thats a great original run for series, averaged over 10 millions viewers each season.
'Gary Unmarried' confirmed canceled by CBS 18th May 2010, after two seasons the series had been struggling with ratings from day one. However CBS did there best to give the show a chance, more than most networks would have. Averaged from 7 millions viewers to 5 million, not enough for CBS to give it another season.
'Ghost Whisperer' after 5 season was canceled by CBS on the 18th May 2010, due to falling viewer numbers and rising costs. ABC was considering renewing the series for its 6th season, however they passed on that idea after most consideration. The series averaged 10 million viewers each season, but season 5 dropped to 8 million. Was a great show and had a great run!
'New adventures of Old Christine' also has finished up on CBS after 5 seasons, the series was pulling in over 12 million viewers for its 1st season. However the following season started to fall to 10 million viewers, then 6 million for season 5. However ABC are in talks about renewing the series on ABC, progress has been very slow not certain if ABC will go ahead with renewing the series.
'Numb3rs' confirmed axed by CBS in May 2010, however trouble started back in November 2009, when CBS orders for season 6 was cut from 22 to 16 episodes. The series averaged over 10 million viewers but started to struggle for its last season, still had a great run after 6 seasons.
'Three Rivers' has been axed without showing the remaining last episodes of its 1st and only season, CBS will air the remaining episodes starting June 2010.

TV Shows Cancelled by ABC for 2010-11 Season
This is the time of year that, can make it or break it for a TV series. Each season TV networks have an extremely hard job of deciding, what TV-series get renewed & which ones get axed.
And 2010-11 season wasn't any easier for the TV networks, as we all know it ratings that make the final decisions.
From the US ABC network this season;
'Better Off Ted' was officially canceled on the 13th May 2010, after scoring very poorly with ratings. The series premiered with a rating score of 2.2, and the lowest score overall was 0.6 the show finished up with an average score of 1.2 but not enough to save the series.
ABC has only showed 11 out of 13 episode for season 2 after canceling the series.
'The Deep End' had a very fast run on ABC after only 6 episodes aired the series was canceled, ratings scores were averaging from 1.8 to 1.1.
'FlashForward' has also been axed by ABC, the show has been struggling to score well in the US. However international sales of the show are doing very well, but not enough for ABC to order a 2nd season. The show started with over 12 million US viewer, which very quickly dropped to just over 4 million. ABC confirmed on the 13th May 2010 that, after the current 1st season run NO more episodes will be ordered.
'The Forgotten' was confirmed axed on May 14, the show was finished without airing the final 2 episodes. As with the others axed by ABC it was ratings, the series started with over 10 million and quickly dropped off to 6 million.
'Scrubs' also canceled after 9 seasons, so I think 'Scrubs' had a great run. Was officially confirmed as canceled on 14th May.
'Ugly Betty' has finished after 4 season, ABC had told viewers back in January that season 4 would be the last season. However it is possible a 'Ugly Betty' movie could in the works.

Heroes Canceled by NBC!!
The future of TV series 'Heroes' has finally been decided by NBC studios.
After much discussion NBC decided on 15 May 2010, not to renew the show for a fifth season. Due mainly because of its rating in the US, only averaging 6 million viewers this year down from 14 million viewers when the series premiered.
However due to the shows success in other nation around the world, and its 6 million plus fans in the US. A Heroes Movies could be in the making, no official news from NBC yet, a movie to wrap up the show would be great.
J.J Abrams the creator of Heroes, is currently creating another TV-series called 'Undercovers' which has been picked up by NBC expected to air next season in the US.
It is rumored that NBC may have thought, with Abrams new show 'Heroes' would take a back seat and a waste of money for NBC.
The series was original, great actors/actresses, amazing story lines and was much loved by millions world-wide.
Can't wait for a Heroes Movies!!!
